Melbourne United defeated South East Melbourne Phoenix in the NBL Melbourne derby on October 10, recovering from a 15-point deficit to claim the win. The game turned into a dramatic Throwdown thriller that had the crowd gripped.

Oduro put the game away with a double-double, delivering a standout performance when it mattered most. It was the kind of hard-fought victory that makes derby nights special.

In other NBL action on the same night, the Perth Wildcats welcomed the New Zealand Breakers in a second matchup on the card.
